We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Ground Crew Member to join our busy team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our climbing arborists, ensuring jobs run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

With this role you will be an essential part of our tree service crew and responsible for safely operating specialised equipment. Working as a highly valued member of our team you will professionally undertake tasks of supporting the arborist / tree climber to remove, trim and maintain trees, plants and vegetation and provide a result every customer is happy with.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dragging brush and feeding the wood chipper safely.
- Operating chainsaws for cross-cutting and processing timber on the ground.
- Rigging support and lowering limbs under the direction of the climber.
- Setting up site safety, drop zones,



and managing pedestrian/traffic control.
- Maintenance and cleaning of tools, machinery, and trucks.
- Leaving customer properties clean, tidy, and free of debris.

Key Requirements:

- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence (MR or HR licence is highly regarded).
- Chainsaw Experience preferred.
- Physically fit, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A solid, proactive commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Able to accommodate variable working hours

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week

Licence/Certification:

- victorian drivers licence (Required)
