Looking for a casual personal training role in Cooyar? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.
Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Support
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Day to day
Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
Follow our coaching and admin systems.
Pay structure
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
