You will work directly under the Restaurant Manager to oversee operations and ensure every customer receives the legendary experience we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Complete food safety checks and ensure all workplace health and safety functions are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment at all times.
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager and assist with senior management tasks.
- Lead by example, providing support and guidance to the crew during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Hospitality or QSR restaurants is required.
- Full availability across weekdays and Sundays, covering both day and night shifts.
- A friendly, positive personality that can handle a high-pressure, fast-paced workplace.
- A coachable mindset with the ability to take feedback and implement improvements.
- Strong team player who communicates well with both management and staff.
