Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Lune River. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
Pay structure
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What we provide
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.
Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Day to day
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
