About the Role





We are building a team of Enrolled Nurses and experienced Disability Support Workers for current and upcoming community‑based opportunities across Brisbane.

This is not high‑volume agency work—you will:

- Work with complex and meaningful cases
- Be supported by experienced clinicians
- Deliver care in participants’ homes and community settings

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, person‑centred care to participants with complex needs
- Support high‑intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: Wound care Continence support and catheter care Medication assistance
- Assist with personal care, daily living and community access
- Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
- Monitor and report changes in participant condition
- Complete documentation (progress notes, incident reports)
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and stakeholders
