We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join us in our jewellery boutique showroom as a Sales Assistant! We are a family-owned and operated Jeweller specializing in custom-made jewellery, engagement rings and wedding bands.
Position: Jewellery Sales ( Part Time/Full Time )
Location: Melbourne CBD

Customer-Centric Approach: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature. Your ability to understand customers' desires and match them with the perfect piece will be invaluable.
Product Knowledge: While prior experience in the jewellery industry is advantageous, we value individuals who are keen to learn and develop a deep understanding of our products, materials, and craftsmanship.
Sales-Driven: Your enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets motivates you to go above and beyond for every customer, driving the success of the store.
Attention to Detail: Precision matters. You have an eye for detail, ensuring every piece is displayed flawlessly and customers receive a memorable experience.
Team Player: Collaboration is key in our boutique. You'll be part of a close-knit team working together to create a memorable and delightful shopping environment.
Communication Skills: You’ll confidently communicate the unique stories behind our collections and the emotions they evoke.
Social Media Skills - background knowledge of current platforms such as Instagram and Meta functions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and other retail technologies is a plus, including social media applications.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and inviting demeanour.
- Provide personalised recommendations and style advice to customers based on their preferences.
- Showcase our diverse range of jewellery and explain the features and benefits of each piece.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store's appearance is always impeccable.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
