About the Role

We're looking for a Kitchen Attendants with positive energy to collaborate with the back of house team, you will be assisting the chefs with mise en place and kitchen and equipment cleaning and supply during service periods demonstrating a high level of professionalism, speed and making sure to adhere to all Fiveight Values and safety procedures.

What You'll be Doing

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

- Ensure a consistent supply of clean crockery, cutlery, equipment, and kitchenware to support seamless service.

- Follow food safety procedures and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace.

- Keep back-of-house spaces organised and efficient through waste, recycling, and general housekeeping management.

What You'll Bring
