Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Waterford
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Waterford. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
How we support you
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
What you will do
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay and super
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- When you need to be available
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
