Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Bankstown

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Bankstown. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What the role involves




- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
