As part of our continued growth in Western Australia, we are seeking a motivated and organised Site Engineer to join our Perth team.

Would this role be for you?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer looking to develop their technical and project coordination experience within a growing construction business.

Working closely with the Project Manager and site delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting daily site operations, coordinating reinforcement (reo) requirements, managing material deliveries and logistics, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.

What your key responsibilities would look like:

- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of site activities to meet project programmes and milestones.
- Manage reinforcement (reo) requirements, including reviewing drawings, preparing rebar call-offs and coordinating orders with suppliers.
- Coordinate reinforcement deliveries, ensuring materials arrive on site in line with construction sequencing and programme requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and site supervisors to ensure materials and resources are available when required.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Assist with quality assurance processes, including inspections, ITPs, site records and associated documentation.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential delays and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.




- Support document control processes, including maintaining drawings, RFIs, registers and project correspondence.
- Assist with tracking quantities, material usage and procurement requirements.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with WHS requirements, quality standards and company procedures.

What we’d like to see from you:

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer within the Australian construction industry.
- Experience in reinforced concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement or civil construction would be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement drawings, rebar scheduling and material coordination.
- Experience coordinating site deliveries, suppliers and construction logistics.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project management systems.
- Experience using Aconex for document control and project administration would be advantageous.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
