YOUR ROLE
As a Shift Manager, you will:
- Lead and motivate team members during your shift.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Manage stock, food preparation and wastage.
- Support team training and development.
- Ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.
