- Support enrolment strategies, marketing and communications to achieve School targets; analyse data to improve processes and family engagement and contribute to annual indicators set by the Principal and Board of Trustees for enrolments, efficient processes and community relationships.
- Uphold the School’s values, philosophy and reputation, contribute to the efficient operation of the Enrolments office and participate in professional development; comply with health and safety requirements, report hazards and incidents, and complete required safety training.
ABOUT YOU
You are a welcoming, highly organised professional who builds trusted relationships and helps prospective families make informed enrolment decisions. Dependable, committed and enthusiastic, you combine a strong service focus with a systematic approach to policies, records and follow-up. You will bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with diverse families, convert prospective leads into enrolments and build lasting community relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and a flexible, collaborative approach to achieving team goals, meeting deadlines and managing conflicting or changing priorities.
