About the Role

We are looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Workers who hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) to join our Residential Aged Care team at Bribie.

This is a great chance to put your skills into practice while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel comfortable, supported and valued every day.

Working alongside our nursing and care teams, you will:

- Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility and meals.
- Build positive relationships with residents and support their emotional and social wellbeing.
- Encourage independence while respecting each resident's individual needs and preferences.
- Help create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Recognise and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing to nursing staff.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with older people and brings a positive, team-focused attitude to their work.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
- Have a caring, patient and respectful approach to supporting residents.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Hold a current Police Check (or be willing to obtain one).




- Have valid Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available).
