Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Chippendale

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Chippendale, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Support

You will not pay gym rent.



Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

The role

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
