We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Coach Liverpool Outlet.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play an integral role in driving sales, developing the team and creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, productivity and store performance
- Lead from the floor and create an engaging, high-energy sales environment
- Inspire, coach and develop the team to achieve individual and store goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Coach service standards
- Monitor KPIs and support strategies that drive commercial results
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock, operations and loss prevention
- Support clienteling and omni-channel initiatives to build meaningful customer relationships
- Act as a Coach brand ambassador,
bringing our values and customer experience to life every day.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous leadership experience within retail or a customer-focused environment
- A genuine passion for fashion, retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- The ability to motivate, coach and bring out the best in a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Flexibility to work across the needs of the business, including weekends, peak trading periods and public holidays.
- Previous luxury or fashion retail experience would be highly regarded.
