About Us
We are a growing structural steel frame manufacturing company based in Western Sydney, supplying residential and light commercial projects across NSW.
We manufacture prefabricated steel wall frames, trusses and floor systems using precision equipment and detailed shop drawings.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer / Frame Assembler to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role within our steel frame manufacturing facility. You will be involved in the assembly, handling and preparation of steel framing components ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling steel wall frames and trusses
- Operating hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings
- Cutting and fastening light gauge steel sections
- Packing and loading completed frames
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Assisting welders and machine operators as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or steel framing (preferred)
- Ability to read basic drawings (highly regarded)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)
- White Card (preferred)
