About us
Epicentre Trading is a family-owned business with over 40 years in branded merchandise. From our Murarrie site, we decorate products and apparel for businesses across Australia. We’re a close-knit team, a work family rather than a corporate machine, and we’re growing.

A permanent role, not labour hire: paid leave, set hours, and a team you’ll get to know.

The role
We’re looking for production team members to join our decoration department. You’ll be trained to apply logos and designs to garments and products, using:

- Embroidery machines that stitch logos onto shirts, caps and bags
- Heat presses that apply printed transfers and patches onto products
- Sublimation printing, as well as patch and transfer production

You’ll also help with packing, unpacking and preparing orders. Everyone is cross-trained, so your days will vary. We’ll discuss where you’d suit best to start at interview.

No experience? No problem. If you’ve worked in a factory, warehouse, kitchen, retail stockroom, or anywhere you had to be quick and careful,

you’ve got the right foundation. We’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll suit this role if you:

- Notice small details. A crooked logo or a wrong colour matters to you.
- Enjoy hands-on, practical work and staying busy
- Are reliable and on time
- Can work steadily on your own and also pitch in with the team
- Are comfortable standing for your shift, doing repetitive tasks, and lifting cartons of up to 15 kg (trolleys are provided for heavier loads)

What we offer

- Competitive salary + superannuation
- Permanent full-time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
- Paid annual leave and personal/sick leave
- Full training on all equipment
- Regular performance reviews, with room to grow into specialised or senior production roles
- Air-conditioned production room and well-maintained machines
- Free onsite parking and onsite gym
- In-house barista coffee machine and comfortable break areas

To apply, click Apply and tell us briefly about any hands-on or production work you’ve done (paid or unpaid).

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
