The Role
As we prepare for our strategic expansion over the coming 12 months, we have created two new opportunities for recruiters to join our team based at our Perth domestic airport head office. You will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white and blue collar roles across Australia and international locations;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support our future workforce;
- Collaborate with, and coach, hiring managers to assess candidates' suitability; and
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

About you
To be successful in this role you will come with:
- Proven recruitment experience within mining, construction or a similar industry;
- Experience as an in-house / internal recruiter;
- Confident stakeholder engagement with robust interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
