About the business

Boss Hair Clinic sells hair restoration programmes built around our LED helmets, together with a range of Billionhairs hair-care products including shampoos, pillowcases, derma rollers. We are seeking two experienced Retail Managers to join our Bondi Junction team.

About the role

The Retail Managers are responsible for organising and controlling the clinic’s day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

- Organise and control the day-to-day operation of the clinic
- Decide the product range, stock levels and service standards for the clinic
- Set prices for programmes and products
- Plan and manage purchasing and marketing for the clinic
- Order products, coordinate deliveries and ensure incoming stock is received and organised
- Promote and advertise the programmes and products
- Sell programmes and products, process customer sales and manage daily transactions accurately
- Deliver personalised consultations and advise clients on product use
- Manage client relationships and payment plans
- Complete daily sales reconciliation and closing procedures
- Keep accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Prepare and manage the clinic’s budget
- Select,



train and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and customer service standards
- Maintain product displays and a clean, organised environment
- Open and close the premises

Skills and experience

- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a retail management or senior retail position
- Demonstrated experience providing customer consultations and personalised product recommendations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience processing retail sales and maintaining accurate sales records
- Experience monitoring stock levels and coordinating product orders and deliveries
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Robust time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple retail responsibilities
- Ability to train and share product and operational knowledge with team members
