Who we are
The Southern is a proper local. The kind of pub where regulars get a nod at the door and a Friday knock off turns into a good night without anyone planning it. Behind the bar we are a young, high energy crew with good vibes and a tight team that genuinely likes working together.
The gig
Pouring beers and drinks, running food and drinks to tables, greeting guests and keeping the bar and floor sorted through service. You do not need to have done this forever. If you are warm, switched on and you like looking after people, we can teach you the rest. A good attitude is the one thing we cannot teach, so bring that and you will fit right in.
What we are after
Someone friendly and reliable who shows up on time, stays calm when it gets busy, and would rather help out than stand around. Evening and weekend availability is a must. Experience is a bonus,
not a dealbreaker.

Pay: $33.05 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 42.0 per week
