Holiday Inn & Suites Sydney Bondi Junction is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team.

Ideally located in the heart of Bondi Junction, our hotel offers modern accommodation, exceptional dining experiences, and warm, genuine hospitality. As part of the internationally recognised IHG brand, we are committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest service. You'll play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional food and beverage experiences throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and table settings throughout service.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with hotel standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and front office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.

About You

- Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment.




- Availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Barista experience is advantageous but not essential.
