Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Tweed South Terranora

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Terranora, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr




- Support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Your responsibilities

Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Coach each client one-to-one. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Work within our coaching and administration processes.
