Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Senior Technical support / service coordinator to join our team in Port Melbourne.
What you’ll do
- Answering technical question on heat pump concerns
- Remote diagnosis of both commercial and domestic heat pump faults
- Trend analysis
- Guiding equipment installations over the phone
- Processing work orders and general customer service support
- Tracking and maintaining service agreement scheduling
- Liaising with partners and supporting partner programs
- Multiple disciplines in team environment
