Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee is seeking a versatile, high-energy team member to join our growing team in a combined Front of House (Barista) and Back of House (Kitchen) role.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, can confidently move between BOH and FOH, and genuinely enjoys being part of a close-knit, hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities:

Back of House

- Running kitchen service during busy periods
- Assisting with food preparation
- Maintaining efficient workflow and organisation
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Supporting the Head Chef and BOH team as required

Front of House / Bar

- Preparing high-quality specialty coffee
- Maintaining minimal wait times during peak trade
- Delivering consistent coffee quality




- Engaging with customers and creating positive experiences
- Supporting FOH operations as needed

About You:

- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Confident barista skills (or strong willingness to upskill quickly)
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Organised, clean, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
- A team-first attitude with a positive personality
