THE ROLE

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Canberra based store, leading the team while delivering exceptional food quality, customer service and operational performance.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Lead, motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain product consistency.
- Manage staff rosters, labour costs, stock, inventory and food wastage.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability and operational KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Recruit, train and develop team members.
- Handle customer feedback and continuously improve service standards.
- Build a positive, energetic and accountable team culture.




- Work closely with ownership to drive store growth and performance.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a leader who brings energy, accountability and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Ideally, you will have:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or QSR management.
- Experience in pizza operations, fast food or high-volume casual dining (highly regarded).
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing food costs, labour, stock and operational budgets.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work across all stations.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- A robust understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
