The Role

As a Bartender at The Budgie, you are the engine room of our service. We are looking for someone who can balance technical precision with genuine personality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drink Excellence: Crafting cocktails, pouring beer, and serving curated wines to high standards.




- Service & Engagement: Interacting with patrons to create a welcoming, high-energy bar experience.
- Efficiency: High-level money handling and proficient use of POS systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety & Standards: Demonstrating safe manual handling and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Experience: Proven experience in a rapid-paced bar environment (cocktail experience is a major plus).
- Energy: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work autonomously during a rush.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on customer experience.
- Compliance: A valid Victorian RSA certificate is essential.
