Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Hurlstone Park

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Hurlstone Park. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

How we support you

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

The role

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week,



roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
