The Role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working within a team, and helping deliver high-quality event equipment to venues across Sydney.

You will be responsible for transporting event furniture, structures and equipment, assisting with loading and unloading, and supporting warehouse operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive company vehicles to deliver event furniture and equipment across Sydney

· Load and unload furniture, décor and event equipment safely

· Assist with delivery setup and collection from event sites

· Conduct delivery handovers with clients and event teams

· Ensure delivery documentation and job sheets are completed accurately

· Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report any issues

· Maintain cleanliness of trucks and delivery equipment





· Assist with warehouse duties including picking, packing and stock organisation

· Work collaboratively with warehouse and event installation teams

· Follow WHS procedures and safe manual handling practices

About You

· Valid HR or MR Driver’s Licence (manual / road ranger gearbox experience highly regarded)

· Previous experience in delivery driving, removals, logistics or events preferred

· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

· Reliable, punctual and team-oriented

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work flexible schedule including early starts, weekends and event schedules

· Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)

· Full Australian working rights
