About us
Able Management is a Sydney-based home services business. We work with aged care and disability providers to help older people live safely and independently at home. We provide cleaning, repairs, safety modifications and general upkeep for their clients.

The role
You'll visit clients' homes across Sydney to do regular and one-off cleans. Our office handles referrals, scheduling and client communication. You confirm with the client before each visit, do a thorough clean, and send photos and brief notes when you're done.

What you'll be doing

- Regular domestic cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks and benchtops
- Changing bed linen, and washing, drying and folding laundry
- Emptying bins and checking the fridge for out-of-date food
- One-off deep cleans, including for clients coming home from hospital
- Spotting hazards (trip risks, spills,



clutter, poor lighting) and reporting them to the office
- Letting the office know if a client seems unwell or their situation has changed
- Taking before and after photos and writing brief job notes on your phone

What you'll need

- A high standard of cleaning, with good attention to detail
- A reliable vehicle and a current NSW driver licence
- [Your own vacuum, mop and basic supplies / We supply cleaning products]
- A current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- For contractors: an ABN and public liability insurance of at least $5 million
- Patience, respect and explicit communication with older clients, including people living with dementia
- Comfort working on your own in clients' homes and around pets

Nice to have

- At least 1 year's experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
- Experience cleaning in aged care, NDIS or home care settings
- A Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or Individual Support
- A current First Aid certificate
- A second language (many of our clients speak a language other than English)

Pay: $80.00 – $120.00 per hour
