Manufacturing and Packing Assistant

Pure Product Australia is seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing and Packing Assistant to join our team at our Minto facility.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing, food production, packing or warehouse operations who can assist with the day-to-day running of our production environment.

You will work closely with management and the production team to ensure daily operations run efficiently, safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the factory and production environment.
- Assist with planning and coordinating daily production activities.
- Support production staff and machine operators to meet production targets.
- Assist with operating production machinery and equipment as required.
- Prepare raw materials and assist with weighing, mixing and handling ingredients.
- Pack, wrap, seal and label finished products accurately.
- Check product packaging and labels to ensure they meet requirements.
- Assist with stock control, inventory management and raw material preparation.
- Keep production areas, equipment and machinery clean and organised.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Monitor production activities and report any issues to management.
- Help ensure customer orders are completed on time.
- Assist with general factory and warehouse duties as required.





To Be Considered for This Role, You Must Have

- Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Strong organisational skills and a reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks when required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Understanding of workplace safety, hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Australian working rights.

Previous experience in sports supplement manufacturing or food production will be highly regarded.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Employment: Full-time
