Quantium is seeking an Engineering Lead to anchor technical delivery on client engagements in its Consulting Engineering team. You will shape problems with clients, guide engineering teams through execution, and set the benchmark for excellent consulting engineering.
This is a non-traditional lead role in fast-cycle sprints. You will lead across scoping, execution, QA and outcome measurement, translating technical complexity into clear commercial terms for senior stakeholders.
