Clarian Consulting is seeking a Collections & Legal Recoveries Team Lead in Sydney CBD to manage delinquent commercial accounts and lead a high-performing team. You will own complex files from early arrears through legal recovery, insolvency and restructuring, maximizing realisations and minimising losses.

You’ll bring 3+ years in non-bank commercial lending recoveries, hands-on insolvency experience, solid negotiation skills, and leadership capability.
