About the role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Subcontractor and casual Door to Door Parcel Deliveries professional to join our team on a contract basis. Based in our Toronto contract NSW ,

This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring that parcels and packages reach customers safely and on time. You will be the face of our business building strong relationships with our clients whilst maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

This position offers flexibility and independence, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering parcels and packages to customers' doors in a timely and professional manner
- Collecting signatures and obtaining delivery confirmations from recipients
- Handling parcels with care to ensure products arrive in excellent condition
- Managing delivery routes efficiently to maximise productivity and meet daily targets
- Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries and handling any issues or customer queries promptly
- Keeping vehicles clean, well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
- Communicating proactively with customers regarding delivery times and any delays
- Representing Australia Post, professionally at all times through courteous and respectful interactions

What we're looking for

- A valid driving licence with a clean driving record and experience in parcel or courier delivery, also a valid ABN, which is GST registered, also full Australian Work Rights,



must be able to pass a National Police check.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry parcels of varying weights regularly
- Knowledge of the local Toronto and surrounding area or willingness to familiarise yourself with local routes
- Basic IT skills for recording deliveries and accessing route information
- A vehicle in good working condition (or access to one) suitable for parcel delivery (casual driver will have access to company Van)
- Experience with GPS navigation systems or similar route planning tools is advantageous

Pay: $26.44 – $47.50 per hour
