- Structure & Assembly: Execute structural framing, installations, and finishing work according to project deadlines.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Foster a supportive environment where experienced team members share knowledge and freshers actively develop their skills.
- Precision & Quality: Ensure all work meets structural standards, aesthetic guidelines, and client expectations.
- Resource Optimization: Maximize material efficiency and minimize waste across all phases of construction.
Job Responsibilities
- Construction & Fabrication: Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, drywall, and other building materials.
- Layout & Measurement: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to accurately determine dimensions, layouts, and material requirements.
- Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, and smooth lumber and alternative materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Installation Work: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, frameworks, cabinetry, molding, and hardware.
- Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment; assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, local building codes, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- Project Support: (For Freshers) Assist senior carpenters with tasks while learning the trade. (For Experienced)
Lead specific assembly phases and troubleshoot in office layout issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: All levels accepted. Open to freshers/students as well as candidates with multi-year carpentry experience.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or completion/enrollment in a trade school or apprenticeship program is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard carpentry tools (circular saws, drills, routers, levels, framing squares). Competency will be aligned with your experience level.
- Mathematical Skills: Strong capability in basic math, calculating dimensions, and using measuring tools accurately.
- Core Competencies: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a willingness to collaborate within a team.
- Physical Demand: Physical stamina, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $35.35 – $45.00 per hour
