We’re Hiring! Dental Receptionist

We’re expanding and looking for an organised, motivated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team across our three clinics — two in Batemans Bay and one in Broulee.

This role will require you to work across all three locations, so flexibility and a willingness to travel between clinics are essential.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and positive experience while ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting patients in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient appointment schedule
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing correspondence
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised,



reliable and attentive to detail
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Positive, adaptable and a excellent team player
- Flexible and willing to travel between our three clinic locations

Previous administration or reception experience is preferred but not essential. We’re happy to provide training and support to the right person who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
