Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Senior Engineers with 8+ years of software engineering experience to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native applications. The role requires strong hands-on engineering expertise across one or more specialization areas including AI-enabled application development, AWS cloud engineering, DevOps/platform engineering, and Full Stack development using Next.js.

The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with modern cloud, automation, and AI-assisted development practices and will contribute to architecture, engineering standards, code quality, performance, security, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications.
- Build cloud-native solutions and microservices on AWS.
- Develop modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Implement and manage CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation.
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications where applicable.
- Participate in architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot application, cloud, and production issues.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Key Technical Skills

AI-Enabled Engineering

- GenAI/LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG,



embeddings and vector search.
- Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

AWS

- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM and CloudWatch.
- Experience with cloud-native, serverless and microservices architectures.

DevOps

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform/CloudFormation.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Understanding of monitoring, observability and DevSecOps practices.

Full Stack / Next.js

- Strong experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience building REST APIs/microservices and integrating frontend and backend services.
- Knowledge of authentication, security, testing and performance optimization.

Skill Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.Strong software engineering fundamentals, design patterns and clean coding practices.Experience delivering enterprise-scale/cloud-based applications.Robust problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
