GITA is an Australian Registered Training Organisation in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. We deliver nationally recognised vocational qualifications to domestic and international students. We are now expanding into Latin America, starting with Mexico, and we’re looking for a Spanish-speaking marketing professional to lead this growth from our Melbourne campus.

About the Role
You will build and manage GITA’s partnerships with visa consultants, migration agents and education agencies in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries. Working from our Melbourne office, you’ll connect with partners overseas, promote our courses and help grow student enrolments from the region. Hours are flexible and part-time, and you’ll have a real chance to shape a new market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact visa consultants, migration agents and education agencies in Mexico and Latin America
- Present GITA’s courses, pathways and partnership benefits to agents through video calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
- Onboard current agent partners and give them course information and marketing materials
- Maintain robust relationships with partners to grow student referrals
- Create and adapt Spanish-language marketing content and social media posts
- Track leads, meetings and results, and report to management




- Attend education expos and networking events when required

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent Spanish (native or near-native) and strong English
- Good knowledge of the Mexican and Latin American education and migration market
- An existing network of visa consultants, migration agents or education agencies in Mexico (recommended but not necessary)
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development or international education (preferred)
- Self-motivated and organised, and comfortable with calls across time zones
- Current Australian work rights
