PT Role | Santa Teresa

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Santa Teresa, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start




- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What the role involves
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
