Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Linley Point

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Linley Point who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

The role

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Pay structure





Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
