YHA Adelaide has just undergone a major refurbishment and is looking fabulous! We are located overlooking a leafy square in the CBD, just a short walk to the city’s favourite Adelaide Central Market, Adelaide Oval, small bars and live music venues. We have a new bar, café and reception area, and we're excited to share our refreshed spaces with our team and our guests. Adelaide is a culinary playground with adventures for the foodie, water baby or outdoors explorer. YHA Adelaide Central is independently certified by Ecotourism Australia, recognising our commitment to sustainable tourism practices and genuine care for the natural environments we operate in.
The opportunity
The housekeeping team are responsible for ensuring the property remains sparkling clean and continues to meet the excellent standards required of YHA properties.
Housekeeping/Cleaner:
duties include; housekeeping, refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitoring and replenishing stock and ensuring our property remains sparkling clean.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
- Good time management skills
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
