We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Peep Hill. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Your responsibilities
Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
How we support you
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
What it pays
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
