Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Moe Moondarra
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Moondarra. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Rent and support
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Availability
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Day to day
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
