PT Role | Corella

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Corella. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will do
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Rent and support





Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
