ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our Salvos Home Care team until 31 January 2028. This is a home care/community nursing role where you'll deliver clinical assessments, care planning and ongoing nursing support to older Australians living in their own homes, working closely with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals and Home Care Workers.

ABOUT YOU

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate nursing experience
- Experience in community nursing, home care, aged care or chronic disease management
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the community
