Looking for a casual personal training role in Leslie? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
What we are looking for
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Day to day
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Pay
Casual employment,
plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
