At Integral Occupational Therapy, we support children and adults across Sydney to build skills, independence and participation in everyday life. We’d love to welcome a paediatric OT to our growing, clinician-led team.

The role

Your work will focus on assessments and ongoing therapy for children and young people. Sessions will take place primarily in our Chatswood clinic, with occasional community visits, such as home or school visits, where appropriate.

Your work may include:

- Assessing each child’s strengths, needs and participation in everyday activities
- Developing goals with children and families, and delivering engaging therapy program
- Supporting skills for self-care,



play, learning, regulation and everyday routines
- Working alongside parents, carers, teachers and other professionals
- Completing clinical documentation, progress reports and other assessments relevant to your caseload

We’d like to get to know your strengths, the work you enjoy and how you’d like to develop, so we can shape a caseload that works for you and our clients.

For clinicians interested in broadening their practice, there may also be opportunities to work with young adults or adults, with guidance and supervision to support your development. This is optional and will depend on your interests, experience and service needs.

About you

We would love to hear from OTs with experience supporting children and families with robust communication and a collaborative approach. The ability to manage a caseload independently is important, and two or more years of clinical experience is preferred.

Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not essential.
