Looking for an experianced Food and beverage manager to work partime Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday and sunday around 31.5 hours weekly but needs to be flexible if needed for extra hours or shifts if staff are sick , or on holidays . The cafe closes at 3pm 7 days a week so its great work , life balance hours with only 1 day a weekend to work. Must have excellent customer skills and work well with others , great work ethic, hard working and step up when cafe is busy and work well under pressure . Have experiance in waitering and Barista skills are very important . Must be reliable and trustworthy . You will need to manage staff on a daily basis , do rosters , order stock , some days you will be required to open and close , do till settlements , operate efpos machines and ordermate system and bookings systems, update mandoe media screens and uber eats .
