Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Beveridge Mernda

Looking for a casual personal training role in Mernda? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Day to day

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
