Livin Homes is looking for a motivated, hands-on Junior Site Supervisor to join our growing team, working on custom homes, renovations and high-end residential projects across Perth.
We’re after an up-and-coming carpenter or tradesperson who wants to develop their skills in site management without giving up working on the tools.
THE ROLE
- Assist with day-to-day site supervision and coordination of trades.
- Stay hands-on with carpentry and general building works.
- Help manage construction schedules, materials and deliveries.
- Maintain quality workmanship and site standards.
- Work alongside experienced builders and develop your supervision skills.
- Help deliver high-quality custom residential projects.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Carpentry or residential construction experience.
- A motivated, reliable person with a strong work ethic.
- Someone who takes pride in their workmanship.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
- Driver’s licence and White Card.
