We are looking for a creative, skilled and experienced Florist to join our team.
The successful candidate must have hands-on experience in professional floristry and be confident working independently, creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating professional bouquets and floral arrangements
- Preparing floral displays for daily retail sales
- Caring for fresh flowers and maintaining their quality
- Assisting customers with flower selection and purchases
- Managing flower stock and minimising wastage
- Maintaining a clean, attractive and organised floral display area
Requirements:
- Previous professional floristry experience is essential
- Strong bouquet-making and floral design skills
- Ability to work independently
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Reliability and good time management
- Availability to work weekends when required
